My HTC Touch Pro goes somewhere completely 1:00-5:30.When I wake up and try to light the power button will not continue and I have to press the reset button.At first I thought the battery is completely empty at night, but after reset is at least a 50% charge left.
I think I found a way to solve this problem!I!Ok on my phone, I changed the power settings.Go to Settings> All Settings (if Touch Flo)> System tab> Power to the Advanced tab> then uncheck the two boxes that says "disable the device if not used. HTC Touch Pro Backlight Stays On/Won't turn off - even when sleeping
I noticed this problem now three times, each time requiring a reboot cycle power ...While phone use in the battery, sometimes I hit the power button to turn the phone to sleep.Most of the time, the screen goes black, the backlight and keypad dark.But for whatever reason, sometimes the screen goes black, the backlight of the BOC is still on, and may bea light gray screen.If you look at the phone at an angle, you can see the white backlight leaking the opportunity masking.One screen, the screen backlight off, but the lighting of the keyboard has remained the on.HittingPower button and the outdoors in and out of sleep does not fix the problem.I need to reboot or power Cycle. this is a serious mistake, because it is bad for battery life - and wonder if the phone is "Awake" do other things too.I suppose if I had not noticed (which would be easy to do during the day), could have ended my battery running in a couple of hours, instead of lasting all day.

HTC Touch Pro - 2 Issues
I have two issues with my phone (actually one issue and one possible user error): 1) When a call comes in, there is an option to send a text to the incoming caller, but when I press the word "text" it doesn't do anything.This seems like a bug, does anyone know of a patch to fix this? 2) When my phone rings (sometimes at the most imopportune times) and I retrieve it from my case, the phoe answers...and I have it locked.Am I pressing / touching something that is answering the phone? Which version of the Touch Pro do you have?I the HTC Fuze for AT & T and i can use the text option for rejecting a call.I dont have a case for mine so I cannot comment on the other issue you mentioned.
I'm having a problem with the music player 3D TouchFlow the Touch Pro for Sprint.I have all my music on my storage card and it's great - I love the 3D music player TouchFlow itself, however, does not seem to be any order of the tracks of disco music.In Media Player on my PC and the phone displays the name with the track number in front of him, but I am so TouchFlow Oz CD order is gone.It is very frustrating because some of my stories or music is required that the actual resolution of the CD to be played, but apparently I can not do that TouchFlow.Any ideas on this?

If you have an unusual problem with that.I had to restart my phone and then gradually going to recognize them all.Does not take long, now.However, I had an album on my storage card that refused to recognize touchflow3d not miatt how many times I have added the songs.Perform well through touchFlow but now WMP.I'll tell you this, more recently there have been times I wanted to throw the thing in the room!There are a lot of mistakes and a good number of accidents.Especially in the mail and Opera.
Try adding the albums in playlists to listen to tracks in order of preference.Playlists can also be created and edited via the 3D TouchFlow Library.
Hard Reset for HTC Snap when not booting
This is something extremely useful I learned tonite from HTC, when my Snap refused to boot past the green Windows Mobile Version 6.1 screen.
Pull out the battery to make sure phone is turned off. Press and hold the Volume Down button, the Green Send button and the Red End button at the same time. Then follow the instructions on the screen to hard reset the phone. This will erase everything on the phone, so make sure you periodically sync your phone with your computer to protect your contact list, calendar, etc.
After following the steps above, my Snap now works perfectly again. Thought you guys would be interested.

Reset:

To reset the phone
1.Remove the battery.
2.Wait three seconds, then reinsert the battery and turn on the phone.
WARNING!If the phone is restarted while a program is running, any unsaved work is lost.
Hard Reset:
Restoring the phone will erase all data from phone memory and restore settings to factory defaults.
Note: Encrypt files placed on storage cards is or has been activated before, then backup all files on the storage card beforeusing open storage or update the system software ROMs.Otherwise, it will not be able to access files encrypted on the storage card.Use ActiveSync or Windows Mobile Device Center to transfer files between the storage card and computer.After the procedure, copy your files onto the storage card.
WARNING!For all your data will be removed, it is recommended to backup your data before you restart the phone.
1.Remove the battery for power off.
2.Hold down the Volume Down button, the green Send button and the red end button simultaneously.
3.Phone Goes On - Press
4.When prompted, press the volume to confirm the reset
Hard Reset - alternatively
If you can not access the device configuration, the open storage can be used to reset the device to factory settings.
1.Select Start> Device Management> Clear Storage.
Follow the instructions on the screen to restart the phone.The phone will restart after it was reset.
