How many credit cards are too many?



Answer

How many can you afford? Actually, if you have several cards, major, store, gasoline, etc. with charges and are only making the minimum, you probably have trouble brewing. Making payments on time counts a lot on your CR, but having lots of cards with balances is not always good.
