Organization ID: US00007 (same for all cardholders)
User ID: ###### (unique to each cardholder)
Pass Phrase: ###### (unique to each cardholder)
- Contact the Department of Purchasing if you do not know what your ‘User ID’ or ‘Pass Phrase’ is.
- Click on the ‘Login Now’ button located below ‘Pass Phrase’.

The PaymentNet home screen will appear next (see screen below)
From this screen you can select to:
- View the charges made to your visa card.
- View/print either your current or past visa statements.
- Change your password.
Home Screen
On the left hand side of the screen below the date going down the screen are the various options you may choose from.
The 1st choice “PaymentNet” will take you to the screen where you will review your charges.
The 2nd choice “Electronic Statement & Payment” will take you to the screen where you can view/print current or past statements.
The other options will allow you to change the settings for the presentation of the screen, change your pass phrase or logoff from the system.
In order to reconcile your visa charges, select the “PaymentNet” option on the left.
Once you have done that, the screen below will appear.
Transaction Summary Screen
As you scroll right across this screen, you will see additional columns for Approved, Sales Tax Amount, Employee Last Name and Employee First Name.
You will want to review all the transactions on this page and verify them for accuracy. If the transaction amount and account code are correct, all you need to do is click on the reviewed box for that particular transaction. Once approved, your supervisor will click on the approved box for that particular transaction.
However, should you need to adjust the account code or split the transaction amount over more than one account, you will to select that transaction by clicking anywhere on the transaction line. The screen on the following page will appear.
Transaction Detail Screen
To change Account Code:
- Simply highlight the account number and type in the new account number.
- If necessary, make any transaction notes in the space provided.
- Click on the reviewed box.
- Click the ‘save’ button located above the reviewed box.
- This will take you back to the transaction summary screen.
To change Account Code and Split to more than one account
- Click on the ‘split’ button located next to the ‘save’ button and the following screen will appear:

- Select the number of splits you will need (you can split a transaction up to 10 different accounts).
- Select the ‘Edit Row’ button to make adjustments to each row (you can split a transaction by percent of dollar amount).
- Once you have made the adjustments to the row select the ‘Save Row’ button.
- If necessary, make any transaction notes in the space provided.
- Click on the reviewed box.
- Click the ‘Save Split’ button located above the reviewed box and this will take you back to the transaction summary screen.
