If using TF3D, go to the Settings tab in the Today screen and wallpaper to your choice.If you do not TF3D allows, you can set an image that you saved on the device as wallpaper, go to Settings> All Settings> Personal tab> Today> Check "Use this imageas "background" box, find the picture, then click OK. If you find the image you selected does not fill the entire screen or tile, you can copy the file to your desktop, the increasesize and then copy it to your device.
