Hard Reset for HTC Snap when not booting
This is something extremely useful I learned tonite from HTC, when my Snap refused to boot past the green Windows Mobile Version 6.1 screen.
Pull out the battery to make sure phone is turned off. Press and hold the Volume Down button, the Green Send button and the Red End button at the same time. Then follow the instructions on the screen to hard reset the phone. This will erase everything on the phone, so make sure you periodically sync your phone with your computer to protect your contact list, calendar, etc.
After following the steps above, my Snap now works perfectly again. Thought you guys would be interested.
